Ally Kosher is an Android app that displays a third-party online marketplace inside an embedded browser view and adds an automatic image-filtering layer on top of it, running on your device. It is a viewing and filtering tool only.

On a network fault or server failure, images not yet checked remain blurred — the default is always the cautious one.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against any claim, demand, loss or expense (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service in breach of these terms, your violation of law, or your infringement of third-party rights.

The app, its source code, filtering engine and design are our property. Content displayed from the marketplace belongs to its owners. See the Legal Disclaimer regarding trademarks.

Data processing is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the new version.

You may stop using the service at any time by uninstalling the app. We may block access for a user who breaches these terms.

The service is not directed at children under 13. A user under 18 requires the consent of a parent or guardian.
על תנאים אלה יחולו דיני מדינת ישראל בלבד. סמכות השיפוט הבלעדית נתונה לבתי המשפט המוסמכים במחוז ירושלים.
These terms are governed solely by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the competent courts of the Jerusalem District.

If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. Failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Legal Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between us.
